I'm delighted to announce that we at the Bandon Public Library are re-opening for limited browsing hours starting on Saturday November 14th!
We'll open the doors (and windows for airflow) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm, and Wednesdays from 2pm-6pm to allow patrons to browse the stacks and pick up their holds. Curbside hours will continue on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for patrons who prefer not to come inside, but rather than us calling you to make arrangements, you will need to call us.
Face coverings and social distancing, as well as hand sanitizer or clean gloves, will be required for everyone entering the building. Please also understand that there will be a limited number of patrons allowed inside at a time, so you may have to wait outside before you can come in. There will be some other restrictions too, i.e. meeting and study rooms are closed, there won't be any seating, in person programs, or just hanging out, and we're still trying to find the best way to allow computer access, but we're excited to take this step forward. Feel free to call us with any questions.
